Shipping Policy

At Adoriq, we are committed to delivering your order as smoothly and clearly as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note:

  • orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • processing times may be longer during busy periods, holidays, or promotional events
  • personalized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to notify you.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note:

  • delivery times are estimates only
  • shipping delays can sometimes occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control
  • we are not responsible for carrier transit delays once the package has been shipped

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@adoriq.com. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered, it will be considered delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If you cannot find your package, please first:

  • check around your mailbox, porch, side door, parcel locker, or safe place
  • ask family members, neighbors, concierge, reception, or building staff
  • contact your local post office or delivery carrier

Please note:

  • we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery
  • refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for orders marked as delivered by the carrier

If you believe there has been a delivery issue, you may still contact us and we will try to assist where possible.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@adoriq.com.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item received
  • photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
  • clear photos showing all contents received
  • an unboxing video, if available

An unboxing video is the strongest proof for missing-item or damage claims and may be required in some cases.

If we confirm that the issue was caused by us, we may, at our discretion:

  • send a replacement
  • send the missing item
  • or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Adoriq is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or not collected and is returned to us, any original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any return fees or carrier charges billed to us may also be deducted from any eligible refund.
