Return & Refund Policy

At Adoriq, we want you to shop with confidence. If there is a problem with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • be returned in its original packaging
  • include all parts, tags, and accessories, if applicable
  • be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • this applies to both domestic and international returns
  • original shipping charges are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • personalized items
  • custom-made items
  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • personal care items, where applicable

We also do not accept returns for items that have been:

  • used
  • worn
  • altered
  • damaged after delivery
  • sent back without prior return approval

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or missing an item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@adoriq.com.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item received
  • photos of the packaging and shipping label
  • clear photos showing everything received in the package
  • an unboxing video, if available

For missing-items or damage claims, an unboxing video is the strongest proof and may be required for claim approval in some cases.

If we confirm that the issue was caused by us, we may, at our discretion:

  • send the missing item
  • send a replacement
  • or issue a refund/store credit if a replacement is not possible

Orders Marked Delivered by Carrier

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, it will be considered delivered.

If you cannot find your package, please first:

  • check around your mailbox, porch, side door, parcel locker, or other safe drop areas
  • ask family members, neighbors, concierge, front desk, or building staff
  • contact your local post office or delivery carrier

Please note:

  • we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery
  • we are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for orders marked as delivered by the carrier

If you believe there has been a delivery issue, you may still contact us and we will try to assist where possible.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email contact@adoriq.com with:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you would like to return
  • the reason for the return

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item first and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • personalized or custom items
  • used or worn items
  • unauthorized returns
  • items not returned in original condition
  • original shipping charges

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@adoriq.com.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return an eligible order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification. This does not generally apply to clearly personalized or custom-made items. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with original packaging. For eligible returns under this 14-day period, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
